Publication enquiries

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, chosen topic, optional general region, message and consent. The form also records the originating page, referring page when supplied by your browser, campaign parameters and submission time so the operating team can understand and respond to your request.

Enquiries are processed through our shared PRPTY operating service, recorded in GoHighLevel and sent as an internal email alert through Resend. The operating inbox is info@repyyc.com. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize publishing the material you send. No automatic customer confirmation email is sent by this form.

Your land notes

The comparison workbook and field journal save only when you choose Save on this browser. Export and print make a copy for you. Import reads a file on your device and asks you to review it before replacing the text on the page. Import does not save automatically. Earlier comparison worksheets stay in their original browser storage until you clear it; the workbook can open those notes without changing the earlier copy. Neither tool synchronizes notes to an account. Those notes are not submitted with an enquiry. On shared devices, clear saved notes when you finish. Browser storage can be removed by the device or browser; keep your own copy of anything you need.

Keep sensitive documents out of the first message

Do not submit titles, signatures, private financial records or precise property information in an initial enquiry. We can discuss a suitable document process if it becomes necessary.

Questions, correction and deletion requests

Email info@repyyc.com with the subject FarmingLand.ca privacy request. Identify the enquiry you mean without including unnecessary sensitive information. Records are used for handling enquiries and operational follow-up; this page does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.
